Discovery...

We spent a great day at the Discovery Science Center with Aunt Michelle and Kaleb. This place really is a lot fun and there are many things to discover,
even before we entered the doors!!
Photobucket
Bubbles were everywhere!!!
Photobucket
This great piece of art was fun to make.
Photobucket
No discovery would be complete with out getting muddy.
Photobucket
Anika was amazing to watch on the rock wall.
The 3 boys who went before her could not even finish it.
Photobucket
Then it was off to explore the Tiger exhibit.
Photobucket
Next, we were off to explore for Dinosaurs!!

Photobucket
The kids could have played forever in the Clifford area they had set up,
it was so fun and well done!!!
Photobucket
Anika was the only one brave enogh to lay on a bed of nails!!
Photobucket
After 5 hours Michelle and I were worn out but it was worth it to see the kids all have so much fun. Thanks Michelle and Kaleb for spending such a fun day with us!!!

Easter in Eastvale

Or as Joe just said, Eastervale :) Corney but cute. We had a wonderful
Easter weekend with lots of egg hunts and beautiful sunshiney days.
The first hunt was at the Church and the girls were ready to go,
all dressed in the the latest and greatest fashions.
Photobucket
They had over 1,500 eggs on this hunt!! Anika found 40!! Taryn and Josh also took home a lot!
Photobucket
Bryce got in on the fun as well.

Then we were off to hunt #2

Super DAD!!
Photobucket
This one was a lot of fun but the kids were not getting as many eggs as they were at the church. Look at Anika and you can tell what she is thinking.
Photobucket
Luckily they had other fun things to do like pony rides and bounce houses!!!
Photobucket
I have never seen Josh eat so much candy!! He was loving life!!
Photobucket
We then had more fun coming back to the house to dye easter eggs! Yes, that is Joe in the background trying to ruin my picture so this is my revenge :)
but Josh looks too cute!!
Photobucket
We tried the foil kind this year, a little messy but worth it.

Photobucket
I love afternoon church on Easter Morning. It gave us lots of time to have fun in our P.J.s and play with all the great stuff the Easter Bunny brought us.

The girls love their new P.J.s

Spring in Vegas.....

Actually is nice, the weather was beautiful and most of all with my sister living there, it gives us a good enough reason to take a fun trip. I feel like we have done most of the family friendly vegas attractions many, many times and I have had enough of the MGM lions and M&M factory etc. On this trip we found something new, the coolest mall ever, called Town Square just south of the main strip. It is a lot like Victoria Gardens with lots of great shopping, not like we could really do that with 6 kids under 8, but even better because the area for the kids to play in was amazing
as you will see in the pics.
1
We enjoyed our yummy Claim Jumper lunch picnic style. There was this big grass area to play on with lots of shade. 01
This was part of the play area that had a really fun maze.
02
I took this pic for Joe because on this fort play area they had the
Scottish flag flying proud.
03
I love these two sweet faces, but these boys together cause more touble than you could ever imagine, it is actually pretty funny.

I remember these things at all the parks when I was a kid but this is the first one my kids had ever been on and they loved it, however, I could see why they might be a bit of a liability with kids jumping on and off them while spinning.
7

6
Bryce is almost walking and ready to get in on the fun,
but for now I like him just where he is.
8
The visit went way to fast and at the end of our 3 days I was exhausted (the price I pay by not traveling with Joe). Hailey and Taryn where crying when it was time to go saying "It wasn't long enough." I love that our kids are so close and have so much fun together. I am just hoping now after another scorching hot summer my sister will have had enough of the desert and come back home to Cali, we miss her.
